Beginning of micro enterprises in 2009 in Jakarta, which later developed into a limited liability company in April 2012, PT INTI CONINDO RABILA is a company that focuses on the field of contracting. • Mechanical

A mechanical contractor is a person or a company engaged in installation, enlargement, renovation, conversion, repair or erection of a mechanical system. They specialize in the construction of residences, commercial properties, institutions or industrial complexes. Some mechanical contractors also service and maintain the systems they install including the :
-     Electric Motor Re-coil.
-     Over Haule Generating Sets systems.
-     Compressor.

• Electrical

Our company performs specialized construction work related to the design, installation, and maintenance of electricasystems.

ENVIROMENTAL DIVISION

 

Human need for clean water standards occupy a major priority, wherever humans are going to they cant be apart with clean water. include housing, office buildings, industrial centers and so forth. therefore many office buildings, business centers, and residential sectors, build water tanks for the safety of the availability of clean water.
But this fresh water storage methods must be accompanied by the maintenance of the storage, for example underground water tanks that require periodic maintenance and drained. therefore we have a water system maintenance division and dirty water division.
Clean Water Supply should be can potable (safe for human consumption) and obtained from an approved source.
It is necessary to clean and disinfect your water holding tank(s) at least once a year or more often, if required.This is to remove algae (plant growth which produces bad tastes and odours), silt, and bacteria which may be harmful.

hvac DIVISION

 

PT RABILA INTI CONINDO owned an expert engineering team who are dedicated for power supply and air conditioning. In the designing process of a power supply and air conditioning system, we strive for giving the best solution by considering the time, quality, and cost factor. Planning and proper design will shorten the implementation process, good quality product and component selection will ensure that only the best quality system produced and by using efficient product and optimum material will optimize the cost borne by the customer. Continuous innovation enables us to provide the best and comprehensive solution to fulfill our customer demand.

PT RABILA INTI CONINDO have production facility with skilled team for implementing assembling task, calibration and testing of power supply product, consist of Rectifier and Panel. The System our product designed by engineering team will assembled by production team, where the build in product will gone through inline quality control process, calibration & testing, quality control sampling and completed by a final inspection before hand over to logistic. By then we ensure that only the QC test passes and good quality product will shipped out to our customer.

Good Quality product will not able to work optionally if it is not being installed properly. In that case RIC has prepared in-house skilled team and supporting infrastructure to ensure that each Power Supply or Air Conditioning product will be installed as per the right procedure, through factory standard testing and commissioning process to ensure that the installed product can work properly.

PLUMBING DIVISION

 

Plumbers work in all types of buildings, including: houses, flats, cafes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, airports, aeroplanes, trains, stations, colleges, schools factories, hospitals, ships.  People need water to survive, so everywhere there are people, there will be a need for plumbers!
Once the plumbing systems are installed the work is not complete until the systems have been tested to ensure that everything is working correctly and safe for the user.
Another aspect of the plumbers work is maintenance and repair. Everyone should be aware that boilers and other fuel-burning appliances need annual servicing to keep them safe. Furthermore, water supply systems and boilers and central heating systems are quite complex and can sometimes break down and again the plumber can be called upon to figure out what’s gone wrong and repair the system.
As well as fitting the piping systems that carry water around the building, plumbers are involved with keeping the inside of the building dry by fitting gutters and sheet lead weatherings to chimneys and roofs.
